Located in the province of Málaga, between Marbella and Ronda, this Natural Park was the home of famous bandits and historians. It was declared a Natural Park in 1989 and a World Biosphere Reserve in 1995, and it is impossible to overlook among its flora the Spanish Fir which still can be seen as a redoubt of the tertiary period that still lives amongst us to prove the importance of safeguarding our natural heritage.
