The Cueva del Gato (Cat Cave), near Ronda, in the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema is actually the southern mouth of the cave system called System Hundidero-Gato, but nowadays it is usually known by the name of its most famous mouth. This is one of the most important systems in Andalucía and Spain, with permanent water, potholes, lakes, siphons. In this activity you will have to swim, jump into pools, abseil and walk. It´s like canyoning but covered.
In this cave we offer two options: Hundidero - Gato trial or Cueva del Gato till the room of the dunes. This second option is shorter and we do not go into the water, so you do not need to swim.
