Our Formula One Team Building is a team building activity, which has to be overcome in teams. This activity consists of two challenges: the construction of a vehicle by using various materials (wood, cardboard, paper, screws, framing squares, colors, specific tools needed for the construction…) and a competition with the creations of each team. The focus is primarily on teamwork, reliability and efficiency, but also originality and extra components are of great importance. Furthermore, resistance, maneuverability and lightness also need to be taken into account. The finish line is the end. However, the main goals in this activity for companies are to strengthen the team spirit, gain knowledge, intensify the interrelationships between the participants, encourage the development of leadership roles, reinforce the link between the participants and their company and, of course, to have fun!
